Profile: I started spinning since high school back in Romania. My first set was in 1994 and lasted from 9PM to 6AM. After that, and with a lot of practice i built my way up and played mostly for private parties and from time to time into the local night club. I have strong influence from electronic and spatial music, combined with classical and fast beats, probably up to 142 BPMs. I kept on spinning during college years, again for private parties and to few nightclubs in one of the major cities in Romania. After my arrival in Canada in 2003, i stopped spinning at public parties or night clubs and focus on my master degree in forest biology and management. However, i never ceased to collect good music from the area of trance, dance and progressive. It was the time when i started to listen intensively to one of my favorite shows - A State of Trance. With passing time, i learned about Trance Around the World, then AfterHours radio came along which was, it is and will be one of the most inspirational online radios. I met people there on forums who inspired me (Lazarus, Victoria), and the year countdown of 2007 on ah.fm put the base for my DJing in Canada. As 2008 begun, i started to contact most of the nightclubs and promoters in Vancouver. I have played for a while on weekly basis at Cyber Night Club (now Mint club) in Vancouver and i'm available for booking for other events involving my playing style or close to it. In August 2008, i won the DJ contest on AH.fm. My goal is to become one of the most appreciated DJs in Western Canada. I won't stop here, music is my life and trance my base sound. I have lots of ideas in my head and i would like to become a producer in the near future.
